Horrible after sales experience I regret installing this

If i could give a 0 I would The sales part is a breeze we everything was done within schedule it took less than 3 days for everything to be done. Now is my 4th day waiting for a technician.. 2 days after instillation I noticed that every 5 minutes my main eskom box trips and inverter kicks in, this happens every other minute imagine loadshedding every 5 minutes lasting 1 minute, imagine how strained my appliances are going to be. My heart is sore as I believed in this product they sell it like it's christmas. I really need a technician dispatched as this could damage my appliances and i will take the matter further should anything happen to my house, I haven't even had this for a week but I m already regretting. You cannot have post installation complaints and drag your feet people could lose their houses due to fire started by the faulty wiring you did. I never had any issues with my DB box until you worked on it. SORT THIS OUT ASAP
