Highly unprofessional and worst customer service.

I have been with Wetility for a long time now, been a very loyal client to them from the beginning - but unfortunately a few months ago we experienced some technical issues which they sent their team to come "fix". Instead, they accidentally put a big hole in our ceiling, which they assured us they'd have fixed immediately. It's been months of following up and they still have not bothered to fix it. They constantly promise to address the situation yet ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. Their customer support has been revolting and I genuinely could not recommend them less. You'd think a company like Wetility would have more regard for their clients!
