Great experience with a great team!
The team has been exception with their service and bringing power back to our home. I would like to specifically mention Mac for the great sales support and clarity on the whole process - Mac helped me say well informed of the process and the next steps as well as following up on anything needed. Nadia for the great overall inspection process and installation process and checking up on the teams where abouts and progress as well as with documents needed - you are extremely reliable and I am so thankful for that. Amy for scheduling the installation team and updating me on items needed. To the installation team including Alick - this team was amazing and installed everything needed in one day even working until later in the evening to get the job done. Alick also provided great after sales support on how to connect city power to the grid system and explained everything perfectly.
The team truly knows the system and all the ins and outs and we are so grateful. Also appreciate the referral package Wetility offers and how quickly the referral was done and completely for me to get my benefits without even needing to check up on the team.
