Great Customer service & support.
Yoh, where do I even start 😀😃😄😁🙂🥰😍🤩 I just love this company called Wetility. I app**** for their credit and got approved within 2 days on a Wednesday, on Friday a virtual inspection was done for my home via WhatsApp video call and on Monday morning the installation team arrived at 10am to begin. It took 2 days to complete due to my property electrical configuration. Everything was smooth from the sales guy (Cherge) to installation lady (Noma), the inspection lady (Arshley) seems a bit reserved compared to Cherge and Noma but she also did a good job. I have all 3 people on WhatsApp and they respond to my calls and messages when I ask for/about anything I want to know. WELL DONE Wetility. I refferd someone to Wetility and their installation is in progress, I'll come back to edit my review once I'm paid the refferal fee as stated on their website/App.
