Excellent Troubleshooting By Reneilwe and Wetility Team
I had an issue with my system, and reported it via email at night. One of the operators, Reneilwe, contacted my very early the following morning and patiently walked my through setup until she was able to find the issue and correct. So something that was troubling me for 2 days was cleared up within the morning of call. She even went above and beyond by contacting me the following morning to check that all was still in order. I’m extremely impressed by her service, and I have actually always received fantastic service from the Wetility team from the day I requested a quote to date. Keep up the fantastic service guys
