Excellent Service
Thank you for the fast and efficient service we received from the installation team of Wetility.
They came to install our add-on batteries on Friday 15th of August 2025. The installer asked me if they could please complete the installation on Saturday, then they would also give me the COC Certificate. Which I said is 100% they came completed the installation and COC was given.
Saterday evening the system tripped. I reported it to the installer. He then said to me they would be at our house on Sunday. I said no it is fine they can come on Monday but he insisted to come and sort out our problem. They were here on Sunday 17 August in the afternoon after coming back from an installation in Secunda. And they sorted out our problem.
Now that is what I call service.
