DO NOT GET WETILITY!!!
Our experience with this installation team has been extremely frustrating. For seven months, we've dealt with incompetence and disregard for our concerns. The latest technician not only caused us to lose electricity units but also displayed a complete lack of professionalism—ignoring questions, being rude, and making major changes to our DB without consultation. Instead of improving our situation, this system has become a major headache. Completely unacceptable service!
