COMPLIMENT ON WORK WELL DONE
Good day Wetility and people We being having challenges with our Solar that we installed recently. We failed with numberous people from Wetility, not going to mention names Believe me we haven't come across of a person like this one ever before, her name / TUMI MEJE that works fir Wetility. Yet somethings wasn't her job , she ensure us having hot water . What we like of a person like her . She kept every principals and ensure a customer is more valuable. She's not quick to speak. But listen to a problem. And understand how a customer feels . And she will go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy ...not like others will bring a customer down. This person Tumi deserves a higher racking in that company. I quess she will make it with no doubt. This is not the only platform will get this message. I will spread the good news of this lady and understanding person that's ever ready to assist .. All i pray that this message goes with faith and will give her seniors wisdom to know there got a marvelous worker. According to me. She's a valuable asset to this company that's trying to grow. And whatever task she takes on...she is more capable of anything. May God bless your for the great future ahead .

She could have reacted with a no., but she never did . She actually went the extra mile with a kind and gentle understanding. I could hear her voice , she's a child of God ..ever ready to assist, weather it's not her responsibility. But made us ease and ensured that everything will get fixed .It's all about principles.
