I had a frustrating experience as my area had no electricity for 5 days, my unit kept on failing me and I ended up having no electricity at all, called support department at Wetility and was assisted by Shahien who quickly send technicians to go out to my house and attend to the problem. The technicians were very friendly and helpful and even educated us on what to do if we have minor issues with the unit, but we must feel free to call and they will come and fix whatever problem we have cost free. Shahien was a professional at the back , always checking on me and making sure that I am calm and promised that the unit will be sorted out and definitely it was restored back. What a great service and professionalism from the company. I am happy to recommend Wetility to anyone who cares to ask. Even when they came to install the unit, same courtesy and appreciation goes to them.
