7 months of hell!!!!
System installed January 2025, biggest one they have, have not seen any savings, system blew multiple electronic devices, after countless technical visits, the system is still not working properly. 7 Months in, and by far the worst decision we have ever made. Convinced me that the problem was with the municipality, only to find out that the problem is on the inverter. Multiple power drops, while the rest of the country has forgotten about load shedding, we still experience it regularly. Not to mention that the system has never generated close to what it "can" as confirmed by their own technical staff. Would only recommend to my worst enemy.

Don't make me laugh, I have enough numbers and contact persons working at Wetility to last me a life time. Hell, I'm on a whatsapp group with a bunch of them, and the communication is as fast as sending a ***eon over the Atlantic.
With all of the contacts it has not done jack to resolve the matter, and in fact, if you don't follow up on progress your chances of getting any sort of feedback is ZERO!!!!!!!
If you would like I can send you the emails and chat logs, it should keep you busy for a week or two.
