Disgusting service at wetherleys

I bought bedding on sale at wetherleys. Apperently two of the bed covers colours run and the brown part tinted the cream part. I took it back and the manager could not even apologise but kept on shouting at me that it was on sale and sold voets toets. Surely when you sell something voets toets u need to explain same to me. Noone explained that the color runs or that the items are sold voets toets. Even though i bought ut on special, i believe i stil have a right as a client even if i bought it below normal price. I am so disgusted with the way the manager at wetherleys bryanstons handles clients with queries. She is so rude, **** and very unapologetic. She told me that i should have not put it in a washing machine, the tag on the clothing say, machine wash. She told me i washed it wrong, not sure if i am stupid or what that i do not know how to wash a bedcover ao much that color runs out. I guess its a good thing the store is closing because with such staff the company would have suffered!
