STAY AWAY FROM WETPUMPS (PTY) LTD

A heat pump was sold to us by wet pumps in May 2014. The pump started giving problems earlier this year in June. I contacted the Electrician who installed the unit on behalf of Wet Pumps. The indicated that they are not responsible for after sales repairs and that I should contact Wendy. After a few calls I was convinced that a proper service of the unit would do the job and I paid R 750.00 for the service. The problem persisted and I have since been trying to contact Wendy without any luck. She does not respond to e-mails, sms messages or telephone calls at all. I am going to report her at the Customer Consumer Board.
