Awful service. Awful Attitude. Awful everything.

I went in on the Monday to print a Fine Art Catalogue. Because they're meant to be professional Fine Art printing. They definitely aren't.<br> <br> I was told a pick-up time of 4PM on the Thursday afternoon. I waited until 5.30 before the guy who helped me with my catalogue checked and said they hadn't started yet. I came back at 7.30 PM to see that my catalogue had been printed, but they had not down the ring binding and had not printed/lost the cover page/had no idea what order the things went even though they were NUMBERED. Waited until 9.30 for them to get the awful service together before I actually got anything.<br> <br> Entire time, staff were very sarcastic to me. Stated that late catalogue printing was my fault and I should have waited. They were trying to be humurous but it was in very poor taste. Then got blamed for my missing cover page because I didn't confirm I apparently had one. Was not my fault designer who sent it to printers decided to put it in a separate document sheet.<br> <br> I specifically handed my work in on the Monday for what was meant to only be a two day printing job and came on the Thursday to avoid having to wait. <br> <br> Horrible printing company. Not worth the trouble.
