Horrible service

traded in my device using their WeSwitch feature, everything was easy and smooth, then came time for them to pay me the agreed amount into my bank account. It has been days, and no sign of payment. They don't have a telephone line, so you're stuck sending them countless emails and messages and all they say is they're waiting on their Finance Department. They're unprofessional and completely inefficient. If they cannot pay for the device, they much rather return it.
