Worste Experiance in My LIFE SERVICE IS PATHETIC

Just blunty dont give a ****. Had a break down in the middle of no were. Wen called no they cant assist. With assisting me with my ISUZU DMAX 3.0 Double Cab. Had to arrange my own Towing company 5h later i make it there. They cant even offer you anything to drink.

8h away from home and they could not look at my vehicle straight away and there was only 1 break down.

They ran tests for 3h and each time i called they will call me back its the next day and no phone call.

I have called 4 times this morning and i still cant get an anwser they refuse to put me through to the service advisor as he is apparently the only one that can give me an update.

I am without a vehicle in polokewane they havnt offered to come and pic me up so i can sit and wait for the vehicle, Its now 8:40am 1h40m im waiting for a call back. The reception just refuses to put me through.

There is no Management at this site and they just dop what the f they want and dont care.

I hope VW sees this as my f i will never buy an ISUZU again. Pathetic service.
