Incompetence and illiteracy

<p>Spar at Westwood village in Lakefield has such bad service and *********** managers. What kind of training do they give their staff if they cannot understand simple English and what's worse is that we as customers have to deal with their *********** staff by packing our own groceries and when we complain the management doesn't not take us seriously. Really disappointed this has happened twice in a row and the management has done nothing about it.</p>
