Unwilling to help!

As I run out of Insulin and needed to get some urgently, I went to the Westwood Pharmacy to get emergency stock. Westwood Pharmacy had stock, but was unwilling to help me out. They do not want to "break the box". I couldn't buy 1 pen, I had to buy 5. - Would've cost me almost R1000!!! Will never go to them again!!!
