Disabled parking

On numerous occasions I have witnessed able bodied people park in the disabled parking. This has been reported on several occasions and nothing changes. It is not monitored by security as promised after each complaint, in fact I have been told that there is more than the legally required parking, so it's okay by their marketing person. This is complete ************** and totally unacceptable.
