Westvaal Somerset west is the worst!!!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

I had my car locks changed, when I called them I asked whether they drop and pick customers up from Somerset West to Stellenbosch the sales consultant said yes. I had to pay up front for the parts and labour.

When the parts arrived, I had to make an appointment and only then they informed me that they don't drop and pick up customers in Stellenbosch. So I asked for a refund that I will go somewhere else instead, as they taking my car I obviously have no transport to get to Stellenbosch. When they found out I already paid they told me they will make a plan to drop me and pick me up.

I called again to confirm my appointment and then said they will make a plan, I can come on Thursday.

I get this morning at Westvaal Somerset West, they tell me there is no appointment on their system, however they still booked my car in.

When asked if I needed a lift I said yes to Stellenbosch. They told me they don't go to Stellenbosch. I informed them that I arranged this with them as I already paid in advance. So they said fine, they will drop me.

The workshop manager argued in front of me with the driver that they not dropping me. After I insisted I will take a refund, they told me they will make a plan. Now they are more angry!!!! It's so unprofessional to argue in front of a customer.

Eventually I do get dropped and later the day they inform me, they won't be fetching me. They have my car, how on earth do I get from Stellenbosch to Somerset West!!!!

I called GM customer complaint services and filed a complaint. A hour later GM calls don't worry the driver from Westvaal Somerset West will come pick me up.

Eventually they do fetch me at 5:30pm and I get 6pm in Somerset West as I was fetched last.

When I collected my car, I was told unfortunately they didn't get to wash my car as there was 40 cars to wash. I was third in the queue I got there at 6:40am. There policy is first come first serve. How is my car not washed when I was third in the freaking queue???????

The worst service ever, I'm never going there again. I would never buy any car from the GM brand if this is the service you will be getting after GM leaves South Africa.
