Very poor service

My last 5 work vehicles have all been Izuzu bakkies. As a product I have been very happy with them and in spite of the poor rating of Izuzu features compared to other bakkies , I would like to continue with them because of their reliability.

As I live in Somerset West I have to service at Westvaal in Somerset West - and this unfortunately is why I will not get another Isuzu. Of late the communication and waiting time for servicing has gone out of the window, Today I phoned to change an appointment for a service and went back and forth between the switchboard and the service department who were not answering their phone - in desperation I asked to speak to the owner. I was in stead put onto a gentleman who chose to laugh at me even when I explained how serious my complaint was and that I wanted to speak to the owner. I will not go back there.
