My dad use use this dealership to service his car

My dad use use this dealership to service his car. He took the car to this dealer on Wednesday the 1 April 2026 after the engine light went on. After not hearing anything. On Friday the 10April I called and I was told the service advisor working on my car is on leave. In the afternoon I called back to understand what they have found. I ddnt get anyone who can assist. And the car is now 5 days at dealership and I don't know what is wrong with the car.
