Worst service

Took my car for a service Feb 2020 - after service the car started leaking oil because they over filled it with oil. Took back the car when the lock down eased 3 weeks ago so that they could fix there mistake - they told me its going to cost R4500 to fix the oil seals that damage due to overfill of oil. I refuse to pay that much as it was there mistake - the inform me that the car ha to stay then till the manager will be back 4 days later. he then said they will do it for the price of the part and 1hr labour. now its is 3 week later and my car is still not fixed - I have to get to work everyday without a car..... no effort from them to contact me and give me any updates on the repair status??????????
