What an unprofessional and unpleasant

What an unprofessional and unpleasant service i experienced at Mahikeng VW Westvall.

Took my car for repairs last week thursday on the 10th November 2019 till to date no response or update received from them. Since Thursday i had to make follow ups and check on the progress of the car.

I called yesterday spoke to one of the service consultant and He assured me that the car will be ready by today. But till now i haven't heard a word from them.

What a terrible service they are rendering. I always took my car to other VW's but i have never ever experienced such. I am disappointed and out of words. I heard a lot of bad stories about westvaal vw mahikeng and its unfortunate that i have to experience it myself.
