WESTVAAL VW MAFIKENG TERRIBLE SERVICE

Good day last week monday 19 august insurance took my car to westvaal vw mafikeng to be repaired ,i recommended them because i bought my car from them i service from their service center,even today after 8 days my car is not checked since it was packed there last week, insurance begged those guys to sent some documents to approve so that the car can be repaired insurance needed quatation and pictures they didnt send, i keep on calling them 4 times a day everyday to ask them to send those documents but they just promise to assist but they dont,it is not for the first time everytime i took my car there .there is always different story so their service is very bad and i dont think i will ever took my car there,so they have waisted my time because that car iam using it everyday concern cutomer Botsang Tlhareseng
