Westvaal Plk dissapointing Service

So I call westvaal Polokwane requesting a quote on spare parts. They email me the quote. I go in and the indicate that they would have to order the part but it's available on the system and will be delivered in 4 to 5 days.i don't worry much but also aware that it's the festive season and it mat take longer.i then pay .After a week or so they call to say the parts have to be ordered from Thailand and it may take months estimated. Not happy but still accept. Same day they call to say the parts are discontinued for the 2014 ISUZU DC 240. Now I need the refund I paid EFT.Taken through forms and guess what I will only get the money in 5 days.I m really disappointed in their service.While I love the brand I just don't think I will buy from the again...😒
