Westvaal Numbi White River THE WORST

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Service.

I bought a car.. they misplaced the spare key. I only found this out when driving the vehicle off the floor. I was assured that it would be sorted out but for two months I heard nothing. I complained at my next service and was expected to go and cut the spare key myself. Atrocious.

Do not recommend.

On top of all of this. I arrived first for the service yet 6 hours later I am still waiting because: “My car was stuck behind two cars - sorry, bad logistics” They then pulled it out of the car wash early to make it all better.
