Westvaal Nelspruit is Unprofessional

Westvaal Nelspruit Service department is absolute nonsense Very disgusting service from the service department. I booked a service for my vehicle online, they promised to phone me shortly, Five days later, it didn't happen. I finally decided to book the service via phone call and they confirmed my booking. On the day of the service, I arrive for the service and my car gets booked in. Fine, they tell me to wait for transport to drop me off at work. Over half-an-hour after waiting for the transport it still doesn't arrive. I had to stand up to request a driver from them to use my vehicle to take me work. It's only then that they finally got me a driver. My service adviser was changed without them notifying me. I actually had to phone to find out if the vehicle was done. They advised that they're done, I requested that they pick me up from my workplace but, two hours passed and they didn't contact me. They instead phoned someone who wasn't present when the car was booked in, to advise that they were done. Even though I had left my contact details. Close to their closing time, I again requested that they fetch, they agreed to my request but still didn't pitch. I had to walk a good 25 minutes in the hot Nelspruit sun to finally get to their premises. The service department is very unprofessional, disgusting and they think that we are doing them a favour by bringing our cars for service, which we've in fact paid for. I'm never using them again.
