Westvaal Mahikeng Renault Service providers are *******

On 22nd August 2023, I took my Renault kiger 1.0 energy life to the westvaal mahikeng renault with my belongings in my car only to have 1 of my items missing and probably ******. I reported the matter the next day and did not get assisted instead I was told to check if I had misplaced my items at home. I felt like I was not taken seriously and the matter was just put under the rug. The manager was not even called to the front to discuss this matter. I was dismissed without any help.
