A DEALERSHIP THATS RUINING THEIR NAME BY HAVING STAFF WHO HAVE A NO CARE ATTITUDE ....Especially their dealer principle Sphiwe Manana who thinks theres no one like him.I purchased a vehicle through dealersonline from Westvaal Mahikeng Isuzu.I dealth with the guy by the name of Sphiwe Manana who is the DP of that dealership.I paid the dealership for the vehicle as per the information provided on the auction.When my driver got there on the 28th of Feb 2023 to collect the vehicle,there were damages and paintwork repairs that were not disclosed on the auction.I then spoke to Sphiwe immediately and my driver did not take the car from the dealership and thats when Sphiwe confirmed that he viewed the vehicle and sees the damages and will reverse the invoice and have me refunded.I sent him a confirmation of banking details via whatsapp as well,since that day till today its been 2 weeks gone and this guy doesnt respond or answer any of his calls or messages and whenever i call the dealership,they always claim to say that hes busy.That is the sort of pathethic service they provide to clients and have staff who are ********* and unpolite and are definitely not trained to operate at a dealership.
