Westvaal GM Nelspruit - Chevrolet Captiva

After an accident the insurance fixed my car, unfortunately the vehicle started emitting black smoke. The insurance got in contact with Westvaal Nelspruit, and were assured that the problem would be resolved as the vehicle was still under warranty at the time. This has been continuing for the last 3 and a half years, where I keep on getting the vehicle back just to return it again. To put it bluntly I will never buy anything from the Westvaal group again, due to their inability to fix their own products. The last time my car was at the dealership for more than 8 months, and I had to contact them every-time to get feedback. Honestly this is bad service, and poor workmanship. Every-time they wanted me too trade my vehicle and purchase a new car, so I think they never intended to fix my car properly. Numerous claims of technicians diagnosing the vehicle, but the problem was never resolved. Now my car's doors won't open, and who knows what else the damaged. Clearly their mechanics and technicians are incapable of delivering the service customers expect.
