Very Poor service

<p>Ive recently learned that my 2016 polo 1.2 tsi has a weird noise coming from the engine. Ive called westvaal vw and they informed me that ill have to book the car in but they have no courtesy vehicle. How am i gona get by without transport? I then spoke with Delanie who said shes going to check for me when a courtesy car is going to be available that was 10/04/17. She was supposed to get back to me during the course of the day. Today 11/04/17 i still havent heard anything from the dealership. I am currently driving my car as is as my work requires a lot of long distance driving. Should anything happen to me or my car due to breakdown along side the road i will keep westvaal volkswagen lichtenburg personally responsible. All calls are recorded made to the dealership on my cellphone. Also attached is a recording made of the engine bay while the car is making the noise</p>
