unhappy with Renault services

its my first time purchasing a car so lot of things i am not aware of ,so i bought my car at Renault mafikeng ,during the process the sales man was kind calling me time and again so now that i bought a car from them the sales man is now blue ticking me when i aak him about my spare key of which till to date i have not recieved them and even the plates numbers i do not have and the temporary permit has expired .i am just experiencing a bad attitude now that i have brought the car ….i bought the car on the 23 jan 2024 no spare key and i told them the other old spare key is giving me a problem till today nothing has been said .i have experienced a bad attitude from them after i have purchased my car i am not even enjoying my car .
