Uncalled for unnecessary buying.

We bought Chev Aveo in year 2011/12 that was still in good condition of 12000km. On our upgrade within a year we went for Chevrolet Cruze l. 8lt 2010 model.

Within a period of a month I saw an amber light on the dashboard, I quickly went back to the garage in Mokopane the Manager said they can't take in ba k cause it's like man who wants to marry woman who is in theater. I then said you knew that the car was not okay why did you allow me to take it in the first place. They refused taking it back. I stayed with the car. On my way back from church the car stucked on the road it didn't want to move even when the gear got engaged to D drive.

The whole process called for a new gearbox. I took it back to them. The amount of money was just too much that's when they started saying my car is out of warranty.

Out of anger we left our car with them for 3months without being attended to. I had to tow it back to polokwane cause we still paying for the car.

We were so stranded without a car a d my wife was still new at work. She needed a car badly. The Manger sold us a second hand drive.Audi A4 1.8t. I regret to say. We still stucked with Chevrolet Cruze. That didn't go back to the road till date. I wish a company can have a better way of dealing fairly with its customers. Two cars are paid up under pressure of loans. But a lot of unnecessary costs would have been avoided. Let the game be fair. May buyers be given fair education in as far as warranties and services with GM are concern before we get into messy situations that makes us fight as families.
