Those brake pads are not mine.

On the 11th of February 2022 I took my car in for service at Westvaal Nelspruit. There was nothing wrong with my car, it was just due for service. Everything was horribly wrong after I went to collect it. I was informed via a call that I needed to change the front brakes pads, I protested and informed them that I've just changed them last year October there's no way they could be finished by now.

I went to collect my car, immediately I drove out, I started hearing brake noise, a tug sound underneath when I brake, warning light informing me that my brake lights are not working and my radio time was incorrect. I called them and I was informed to bring the car on Saturday, I did and I was told on the day they do not have enough technicians. I asked about the brakes and they told me the rear (no longer the front) brakes are finished. When I asked why didn't they give me the parts that were replaced, the guy said they should have but I didn't get them.

I know that the finished rear brakes story is not true because in October 2021, I took my car in for an inspection and I was told that I needed to replace the front brakes as they were almost out but the rear ones were still full and they showed me (in his own words he said I would need to change my front brake pads in about three months or so). After they fitted my front brakes the brake pads were almost the same size (front and back), all of them full. After that I didn't use the car until the last week of November 2021. I've never heard any brake sounds/noise prior to the service but now I was shown an empty rear brake pad. I do not think these are my brake pads. There's no way I could have went through an entire brake pad in just two months.

This are not my brake pads, the tug sound underneath when I brake, service brake assistant warning that just randomly comes, brake lights warning, the radio time that was incorrect, not receiving replaced parts, booking for Saturday to be told there aren't enough technicians. All in all I'm not even sure that they did the service.

I just want my car to be the way it was before I took it in.
