Terrible Service

September 2017 I took my Trailblazer in for his service at Westvaal Lichtenburg. When I got my car back his rev's were higher than normal, but I thought I will mention that when we are back in town. We were a lot in Zeerust after that and I could not take my car back. While on the road I also noticed a rattling sound which got loader by the day. Wednesday I notice that the car got real hot at the peddles and therefore I took the car back to Westvaal Lichtenburg Thursday morning. First the reception was unpleasant and with the booking I told them that they must check the car that came from the last service with a rattle and I think it is the fire plate that they did not fasten with the last service. When they were finished with the check up they told me the fire plate is missing and that I have to pay for a new one, I disagreed and the manager Sampie was called in, who informed me that he was a mechanic and that his workshop is not liable for the plate and after I explained that I was the one who reported it and that I could not be liable for a mistake his workshop made, he still made me out to be an idiot. People complain a lot about Westvaal Lichtenburg and I did not listen, because it was convenient for me to take my car to Lichtenburg, now I have to take my car to Potchefstroom to clean up the mess they left me with. I am terribly disappointed with the way I was treated and that I have to go now all the way to Potchefstroom just to pay again for the mess Westvaal Lichtenburg left me with. Westvaal Lichtenburg is getting a bad name and I will never recommend them to anyone.
