TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP

So we bought our vehicle cash, not on terms, but cash in June 2022 with the Sales guy Charl Marx whose had no hassle receiving our payment as we are in Western Cape, it is quite a huge let down that this reputable company doesn't know the meaning of aftersales and actually going the extra mile! We are almost in September and still driving with MP number plates for a car we bought CASH! Bear in mind, Charl never gave us feedback we always had to contact him, even escalated to the manager of used sales Niel van den Berg, guess what.. USELESS!!! Patient is what we have been and understand that this is a province to province deal but let me tell you your services are terrible, I would not refer this dealership to absolutely no one and that is the honest truth, let down and utter annoyance is what I feel for this company so yes I don't want your apologies, JUST GET US OUR CA NUMBER PLATES for the CASH MOTOR we bought, not on terms but CASH and have it rightfully on our name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can be assured, that we will take this further is we do NOT have our new plates by next week, you don't even deserve this 1 star!
