Terrible after sales parts service
On 25th May 2021 I ordered and paid for a turbo hose which the salesperson could see on the system that it is available in Port Elizabeth. After paying for the item the salesperson assured me it would be available on 28th May 2021. On 28th May there was no part received. The salesperson said it should be delivered on 31st May 2021, on 31st May 2021 it was still not delivered. I phoned the dealership on 2nd June 2021 to find out if it had been delivered, but to no avail. I am not very happy with this service of a vehicle brand that I have been driving since they were available in South Africa
