Shocking customer service

<p>My chev utility backi from brand new has given me endless problems. After the 15000 km service my gearbox has started grating gears. Have taken to dealership in Polokwane where backi stood for 2 days with no answers just to be told that they are waiting to find out on waranty claim. They havent bothered phoning myself at all, but I have had to phone them numerous times to find out whats going on. Phoned on the 3/2/2017 to be told that the warranty claim is approved and when the gearbox gets to them they will contact me and it will take 2 days to replace. Really.......2 days to change a gearbox????? The service consultant is rude and with my experience I will never suggest anyone to have their vehicle serviced or repaired there. Also never suggest anyone buy a chev utility backi. Shocking Shocking Shocking</p>
