Service Centre

I had the worst and horrible experience with Westvaal Polokwane Service Centre.I took my car to Westvaal cause of a thermostat.I drove all the way from Phalaborwa and it had no water or oil leakages okay fine and I never stopped anywhere to fill up water on my way to Polokwane but to my suprise after they test drove it several times it was alleged that my water pump was leaking okay fine, after few days I got a call to come fetch my car and when I opened the bonnet the engine cover was not fastened,testing cable was hanging out just underneath the steering wheel.The bolts and the cover was at the boot meaning if I didn't check I was going to drive all the way from Polokwane to Phalaborwa.What was going to happen?I saw one of the mechanics and asked him to help me fasten it so I can drive of and of which he did. I took my car around 4PM but got stuck at Gravellote due to water at around 7 to 8PM far away from the garage,had to tow my car from Gravellote to Phalaborwa. I called in to launch a complain even today I'm still waiting for them to call me and this happened last year.
