Service at Westvaal nelspruit

Took my car in for service yesterday 03/10/23 the car was taken to the workshop before 9, around 2pm I start wondering why the dealership is not calling, I give them a call only to find out that my car is just sitting there because they are trying to reach the motor plan for authorization. To my surprise they claim they have tried calling me since morning and it's not going through - 1st the number was not mine, the email address was not mine why did they not confirm their details with me whilst I was there in the morning. Cut the story short they get authorization around half 3. To my surprise 4/half 4 who worked on my car? I got no summary of the job done, did not sign anything the service booklet was not stamped meaning my car was not serviced they just claimed from the motor plan and left my car for to pick up. Not even cleaned, I don't even want to talk about their shuttle service worse
