Poor Service by Westvaal Motors Rustenburg

I bought a brand new Opel Mokka 1.4 Turbo (Vin Number W0LJC7E82GB506896)in Westvaal Motors Mafikeng in March 2016. The car never gave me major problem since I bought it. The problem only came on the 16th March 2018. There was no power in the accelerator then I stopped next to the road. I tried to start the car again then it wrote 'engine power reduced'. I then called my insurance to tow me home as I was about 35km to Mafikeng. On the 19th I called Opel SA and they organised a tow truck for me to take the car to Rustenburg as Westvaal Motors Mafikeng was no longer dealing with Opel cars The car was towed to GM Motors Rustenburg around 09:00 in the morning and I got a call from the dealership around 17:00 that they have received the car and they will diagnose the car and give me feedback. On Thursday, 22 March 2018 I then called GM Motors to check if there is progress in my car and I was told they are still looking and waiting for the technician to confirm the problem but they will call the next day in the morning. I never received any call its only me who called again and I was directed to the Service Manager Mr. Stefan Kruger. He told me that my engine is dead and must either buy a new engine or a new car. He said the car did not have water that is the reason the engine was damaged. I do not buy this story because there was water and oil immediately when I stopped the car. I told him that I do not buy that story because the car had water. The time I stopped the car was because there was no power in the accelerator. When I tried to start the car again it wrote ‘engine power reduced’ on the dashboard. If the car did not have water then it would have shown that it was overheating on the dashboard. I drove more than 200km to Rustenburg on the 26th of March 2018 to meet with Mr. Stefan Kruger to get clarity regarding my car and he said they will have to strip-off the engine to see where the problem is with my car. Unfortunately he did not even afford me the opportunity to see my car I was just told it did not have water and that’s it. As a customer I feel that my intellectual capacity is being undermined. There is no way that I can be told that I drove the car without water because that one is a lie. Modern cars will alert you if there is a problem with overheating. What hurt me most was that Mr. Stefan Kruger told me that he is not sure when are they going to address the issue of my car because it is Easter and other clients want their cars because they have engagements. I might not be an important client to him but I guess we all pay for the cars we drive. I was even told that I won’t be given a courtesy car I must request it from Mafikeng. It is funny because I took my car to Rustenburg but I’m told to get a courtesy car from Mahikeng. I have bought four cars with Westvaal Motors and I assume I must be treated with respect as I have been a loyal client. Up to today, I never received a call from Westvaal Motors Rustenburg regarding my car and its almost two months. Not even offered a curtesy car from them I guess their cars are only meant for a certain population. I use the car to do my work as an Ecologist and have lost almost R20 000 of travel allowances. This is my fourth car with Westvaal Motors and I'm very disappointed in their service.
