Poor Service at Westvaal Potchesftroom

I bought a car at Westvaal 4months back without being roadworthy and without a disc. They kept on forgering the permit by renewing it month to month. I had to pay my own money at the traffic department by myself. They also failed to provide me with a duplicate key. I also drove to klerksdorp to fetch the duplicate key at Suzuki. I was told to wait for all the cars to be serviced while Westvaal potchefstroom **** to me that an appointment was arranged. I had to drive back to potchefstroom with my car and my own petrol money. Till today I do not have a duplicate key. The service is pathetic. I approached the manager to assist and instead he charged at me. I'm driving honda accord and I feel bad about servicing their own car at Westvaal Potchefstroom. I need Westvaal to REPRIMAND the branch manager and send me apology and refund me the amount of petrol I used to drive up and down for something that was supposed to have being carried out by Westvaal potchefstroom
