Poor after service and bad Workshop manageress

It is with great sadness that I have to report bad service today as I actually received excellent service from the sales people when buying my car from Westvaal GM Motors Potchefstroom on 13 Feb. 2015 Mark, Shandre van Biljon and the dealer principle Hendrik de Beer gave as the best service on can ask for on this day, but then today I had a very bad experience from the Workshop manager
