Peugeot Westvaal Menlyn dishonest

I purchased a Peugeot Landtrek from Westvaal Menlyn , from day one the vehicle had an issue with steering shaking when I drive With the first service the vehicle was send to do a tyre rebalance but It did not make a difference I booked the vehicle in again with same issue and also send them video of the steering shaking while driving. The service manager could not find any mechanical fault with the car and the only conclusion was that it had to be tyre but he had to escalated it to management to get approval to replace the tyres. Feedback from management was that those are the original tyres that the car comes out with. Getting nowhere with the dealerships I then escalated the issue with video footage to Stelantis the Head office of Peugeot. The Customer Relations Manager escalated the problem to the Technical manager and they inspected the car and confirmed that the tyres has to be replaced . When I collected my car the tyres was not replaced as the dealer wanted to do a warranty claim with Stelantis, they did not want to carry the cost of replacement This is an internal process process that should not effect me the customer The dealer sold a vehicle with defective tyres to me and they should replace it Their internal processes should not effect me. A month later still no feedback from either the dealer of Head Office and after numerous phone calls I was told that the warranty claim was not approved So still no replacement of my tyres ? I find it hard to believe that a big group like Westvaal refuses to replace my tyres and hide behind internal processes instead of doing the right thing for me the customer At the end I am driving a vehicle with tyres that puts me at risk
