PEUGEOT VEHICLES A BIG NO NO

I purchased a peugot 308 GT line in 2018 from Peugeot Hatfeild, it currently has a balance of R187,411.73 financed through West bank.

The vehicle is currently on 128000 KM with full service history all done at Peugeot dealerships from day one . I have deliberately avoided taking the car to cheaper priced mechanics trying to avoid this nightmare that I now find myself in .

The last service was at 120000Km and 3 weeks later I am told by Westvaal Menlyn that the car has had a major engine failer after it was towed in on the 26th of November , by my insurance, when the car suddenly stopped in the middle of a busy intersection without any warning .

I have been trying to get hold of Westvaal Menlyn to give me an update on the vehicle since the 27th, but to date no one has bothered to respond to any of my massages ,each time I call in I am told that a technician will call me back in 15 minutes ,its been 2 weeks with no feed back .

There are many issues that I have experienced since the purchase of this car including break pads needing replacements almost immediately after purchase from the dealership and unexplained oil leaks after the 1st service at Peugeot service center in Isando.

I am a hard working honest woman who was ****med by people who hid behind Peugeots reputable name to sell me a wreck of a vehicle. This has ruined my finances and reputation with my customers . Purchasing a Peugeot has been the single biggest regret of my entire life .
