No after sales service provided

They are excellent selling a car but don't expect any after sales service.

I have sent 15 emails and made numerous calls to request that they send me my spare car keys. It has now been one year and four days and I still need to follow up. Still have to fight to get it. Empty promises made.

I would think twice using them.
