Have to pay for parts before it can be ordered for repair

Very upset that I need my car repaired and I have to pay for the parts before Westvaal can order the parts for the repair. This was not communicated with me beforehand when the dealership has my car on their premises. I cannot leave with my car anyway without paying. A customer is supposed to pay for the services rendered once the repairs has been completed.
