GM westvaal Rustenburg is not keeping their commitment as promised

Hellow Peter, I'm left in desperate situations. Took my car for service last week Wednesday and it came back with more problems. The dealership is not giving any updates and they haven't done anything to fix my car reasons being, the response technician is on family responsibility leave. Yesterday they promised qcurtecy car and today they can't guarantee. I paid for the service and still I don't have my car
