Extremely Disappointed with Vehicle Purchased maintenance
Hello Peter,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a vehicle I purchased in February 2024. I had high hopes for this purchase, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
I received the vehicle on the 3rd of February and the Saturday 10 Februry I took the car to Tyger and Wheels for multitracker and the assessor informed me that the vehicle two wheels were worn out, I called the Westvaal salesman to report the issue and he told me that the manager would like to see the car which I took it in, and the manager was not there however, the salesperson confirmed the worn Tyres and said the manager will contact me which he/she never called. I ended up buying Tyres myself. July 5 the car suddenly couldn't start my insurance assisted with jump starting and again this was due to a finished battery. I reported the matter to the branch manager she told me that they are not taking any responsibility for any wear and tear after six month of purchase which I'm not even in 6th but 5th month and still walked way left me there refusing to be reasonable. I'm extremely unhappy to have received a vehicle that has wear and tear issues, and I must incur extra and unnecessary cost so soon after the purchase I trusted that I was buying a reliable and well maintain vehicle, but my experience was proven otherwise. I hope this review will alert potential buyers to the issues I have faced and encourage the dealership to take responsibility for the maintenance of the vehicle they are selling.
