My NEW Chevrolet Spark trade-in last year, has been forever in and out of Westvaal Potch's Workshop with multiple problems with shocks, seat, etc. Since these multiple repairs had to be attended to again, I was offered a loan car whilst all these were being repaired. We were sadly been involved in an unfortunate accident with the loan car though. Hendrik would now NOT release MY vehicle, demanding a payment of R30000 excess before he'll do so. What sucks most its because while I was talking she was helping others... So my concern is about \BANK CHARGES\"" and \""LOSS OF POINTS\"" on my credit report which has created a bad image on my bank statement which will give me a problem when I apply for any credit which may ask for 3/6 months bank statement. I believe that the day I was applying for a loan from Capitec they requested my 3 months bank statement and my recent 3 months payslips as proof of date my date of pay earnings from work. Who gave them authority to deduct money from my account on the 11/12/2015 without my concern. How are they going to fix this bad image they have created on my bank statement which will give me hard time for 6 months from the day created. Reference number for the call I made to Capitec is ***8 and been told to get and fax my bank statement showing this incident to *** to pay the bank charges for unpaid debt. Why they did this from the first place"
